AI as an assistive tool
IK Studios may use AI tools to support ideation, research, summarisation, drafting, code assistance, image direction, content variants, production workflows, and internal quality checks.
AI output is reviewed, selected, edited, or rejected by humans. AI is not treated as an autonomous creative director, lawyer, accountant, or final approver.
Limitations
AI may produce inaccurate, generic, biased, infringing, low-quality, or unsuitable material. AI-generated work may require verification, licensing review, originality review, or replacement.
Clients should disclose any policy, procurement, confidentiality, industry, or brand restrictions on AI use before work begins.
Client data and AI tools
IK Studios will avoid entering confidential client material into public AI tools unless authorised or appropriate safeguards are in place.
Project-specific AI usage can be limited, prohibited, or documented in the statement of work.
