Invoices and payment timing
Project invoices, deposits, milestones, retainers, and payment deadlines are stated in the proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Work may not begin until the required deposit or first invoice is paid. IK Studios may pause delivery, handoff, or publication support if invoices are overdue.
Taxes and fees
Prices may exclude VAT, sales tax, bank fees, marketplace fees, currency conversion, or payment processing costs unless stated otherwise.
Clients are responsible for accurate billing details and tax information.
Late payment
Late payments may result in paused work, revised timelines, late fees where lawful, withholding of source files or final rights, and recovery of collection costs.
Usage rights to deliverables may remain limited until payment is complete.
