These Company Terms govern use of the IK Studios website, public materials, digital properties, communications, proposals, and non-client-service interactions.
Client projects, contractors, enterprise work, and paid creative services may be governed by separate written agreements. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.
Use of the website
You may use the IK Studios website for lawful, respectful, informational, and business inquiry purposes.
You may not misuse the website, attempt to compromise security, scrape content at unreasonable scale, impersonate IK Studios, or use the website to send unlawful or harmful material.
No automatic engagement
Website content, emails, portfolio material, and exploratory calls do not create a client relationship, agency relationship, partnership, exclusivity, or obligation to accept work unless IK Studios agrees in writing.
Project availability, pricing, timelines, scope, and deliverables are confirmed only through written proposals, statements of work, invoices, or agreements.
Liability boundaries
IK Studios aims for clarity and quality, but website content is provided as general information and may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IK Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost profit, or reliance damages arising from website use.
