Classification
IK Studios treats client and company data according to sensitivity: public, internal, confidential, restricted, or regulated where applicable.
Restricted data may require tighter access, approved tools, encryption, limited retention, and explicit client instructions.
Access and storage
Project access should be limited to people who need it. Credentials should be shared through secure methods, not plain public channels.
Client files should be stored in approved systems with appropriate account security, and removed or archived when no longer needed.
Sharing and publication
Client materials should not be shared publicly, entered into unapproved tools, or used in portfolio contexts before launch or written approval.
Subcontractors and collaborators must be bound by confidentiality and data handling expectations appropriate to their role.
AI handling
AI tools may be used only when the data sensitivity, client instructions, tool terms, and project context make that use appropriate.
Confidential or regulated materials should not be submitted to public AI systems without authorisation.
Deletion and return
At project completion or termination, data may be returned, deleted, or archived according to the agreement, legal obligations, portfolio rights, and operational needs.
