Engagement
Client services begin only when IK Studios and the client agree to a proposal, statement of work, invoice, email confirmation, or written agreement that defines scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables.
Exploratory calls, estimates, and proposals are not binding commitments unless accepted in writing.
Scope and change control
The agreed scope defines deliverables, revision rounds, responsibilities, dependencies, timelines, and assumptions.
Requests outside scope may require a change order, revised timeline, additional fees, or separate agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, accurate information, rights-cleared assets, stakeholder approvals, access credentials where needed, and legal review of regulated claims.
Delays in feedback, assets, approvals, payment, or access may shift timelines and delivery dates.
Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables are considered accepted when approved in writing, used publicly, or not rejected with specific written reasons within the review period stated in the project terms.
IK Studios may pause work if invoices are overdue, scope is unresolved, or required inputs are missing.
Warranty limits
IK Studios will perform services with professional care, but does not guarantee revenue, rankings, conversion rates, investment outcomes, press coverage, platform approval, or subjective market response.
Client legal, regulatory, accessibility, industry, and claim-substantiation review remains the client responsibility unless expressly included in scope.
