Unless a written agreement says otherwise, IK Studios may display completed work, project excerpts, process context, client name, industry, and non-confidential outcomes in portfolios, proposals, award submissions, social posts, and case studies after public launch.
IK Studios will respect embargoes, confidentiality terms, unreleased work, and reasonable client brand guidelines.
Confidential or restricted work
Clients may request confidentiality, delayed publication, anonymised presentation, or portfolio restrictions in writing before the project starts.
Some restrictions may affect pricing, scheduling, or the ability to use work for awards, sales, and public proof.
Accuracy and approvals
Case studies should avoid confidential metrics or claims unless approved. Clients may request correction of inaccurate public descriptions.
