What we mean by cookies
“Cookies” are small files a site can store in your browser. “Local storage” and “session storage” are related technologies that let a site remember information on your device. We use the term “cookies” loosely to cover all of these.
What we actually use
Our marketing and legal websites are built to be fast and private. They rely only on essential and functional storage — for example, remembering your theme or the choices you make on the Cookie Settings page. We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not embed third-party tracking pixels.

Inside the product
Vault One uses local storage and secure device storage to do its job — for example to keep your session, your settings, and your device-local financial data on your device. That product behaviour is described in the Vault One Cookie Policy.
Managing cookies
You are always in control. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and you can review the categories we offer on the Cookie Settings page. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop parts of the site from working.
Changes
If we ever introduce a new category of cookie — for example optional analytics — we will update this policy and the Cookie Settings controls first, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
