Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses IK Studios websites, services, and products. It works alongside our Terms of Service and any product-specific terms.
What you must not do
You agree not to:
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or help anyone else do so.
- Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without authorisation — for that, use our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
- Scrape, harvest, or place an unreasonable load on our services, or interfere with their normal operation.
- Reverse engineer or circumvent technical or licensing controls beyond what the law allows.
- Misuse AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or violate the privacy of others.
If the rules are broken
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action — from a warning to limiting, suspending, or terminating access — and we may notify authorities where the law requires. We aim to be fair and to give notice where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

If you see abuse of our services, tell us at support@ikstudios.nl. Security vulnerabilities should go through Responsible Disclosure.
