Our commitment
Accessibility is part of good design. We aim to meet the spirit of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across our websites, and to make our products usable with assistive technologies.
What we do
Across this Legal & Trust Center and our other sites we work to provide:
- Semantic, structured HTML with clear headings and landmarks.
- Keyboard navigability and visible focus indicators.
- A “skip to content” link on every page.
- Readable colour contrast on a calm, dark theme.
- Respect for system preferences, including reduced motion and reduced transparency.
- Text that scales with your browser settings.
Known limitations
Being honest
We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and some areas may not fully meet every WCAG criterion. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat reports as a priority. We would rather tell you this than imply a certification we do not hold.
In our products
Vault One is a native macOS app and aims to work with the platform's accessibility features. Where we identify gaps, we work to close them in future updates.
