Standing on open source
Our products and websites are built with the help of open-source software, and we are grateful to the maintainers and communities behind it. We take our obligations under their licences seriously.
Third-party components
Our software includes third-party open-source components, each distributed under its own licence (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, or similar). Those licences govern your rights in each component and, where they grant broader rights than our License Agreement, take precedence for that component.
Attributions
Where to find notices
Where a component's licence requires it, we include the relevant copyright and licence notices with the product or make them available on request. A consolidated, machine-generated notices file is not yet published on this website; if you need the current list for a specific product, email support@ikstudios.nl and we will provide it.
Compliance
If you believe we have used an open-source component without meeting its licence terms, please tell us at support@ikstudios.nl and we will put it right.
