Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IK Studios websites, including ikstudios.nl, and the company services we provide directly. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Each product we publish may have its own terms that govern your use of that product. For Vault One, those are the Vault One Terms of Service. Where product terms apply, they control your use of that product; these Terms cover everything else.

Disclaimers & liability
Our websites and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, as set out in our Website Disclaimer and Software Disclaimer. Our liability is limited as described in the Limitation of Liability. None of this affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update our services and these Terms. We will revise the “Updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes fall under the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory law in your country of residence as a consumer provides otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
