What we are not liable for

Cap on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Where you paid nothing, our aggregate liability is limited accordingly.
What we never exclude
