Respecting others' rights
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. Using our services to infringe copyright is a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content we host infringes your copyright, email support@ikstudios.nl with “Copyright” in the subject and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The location (URL or description) of the material you are reporting.
- Your contact details.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Counter-notice & repeat infringers
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the equivalent details. We may reinstate content where appropriate. We may limit or terminate access for those who repeatedly infringe.
