IK Studios is based in the Netherlands and built primarily for the EU. This notice is provided for transparency in case you are a California resident and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, applies to your interaction with us.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the past twelve months.
What we collect
The categories of personal information we may collect are the same as in our Privacy Policy: identifiers such as your email, limited commercial information such as subscription status, and internet activity such as server logs. We collect these to provide and secure our services, respond to you, and meet legal duties.
Your California rights
Subject to the law, you may request to:
- Know what personal information we have collected and how we use it.
- Access a copy of your personal information.
- Delete personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
How to exercise them
Email support@ikstudios.nl with “California privacy request” in the subject. We will verify your request reasonably and respond within the timeframe the law allows. You may use an authorised agent where permitted.
