Where these apply
These guidelines apply wherever you interact with us or other people through IK Studios — support conversations, feedback and beta programmes, and any official community or social spaces we operate. We do not currently run a public user forum; if we launch one, these guidelines will govern it.
What we expect
- Be respectful. Treat people with courtesy, even in disagreement.
- Be constructive. Clear, specific feedback helps us improve.
- Be honest. Don't mislead, impersonate, or spam.
- Protect privacy. Don't share other people's personal or financial information.
- Stay lawful. No harassment, hateful conduct, or illegal content.
Feedback you share
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve our products without obligation to you, as described in our Terms of Service. Please don't share confidential information you are not free to give.
Enforcement
We may moderate, remove content, or limit access where these guidelines are broken, in proportion to what happened and consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Reporting
To report behaviour that breaks these guidelines, email support@ikstudios.nl. We take reports seriously and will respond.
